Lords amendment: No. 67, in page 22, line 14, leave out from "make" to end of line 25 and insert in relation to any land on which work has been done under this Act a scheme for putting it into such a condition as the scheme may provide and shall put it into a condition in accordance with the scheme.".

These amendments tidy up provisions dealing with the restoration of construction sites and land and restoration in the event of abandonment of a project. They were accepted by the relevant petitioners before the Select Committee of another place.
