Ordered, That, at the sitting on Monday 6th July—

  1. (a) if proceedings on the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister relating to the future of the Today newspaper have not been concluded by Seven o'clock, Mr. Speaker shall at that hour put any Questions necessary to dispose of them; and
  2. (b) the Local Government Bill may be proceeded with, though opposed, until any hour. —[Mr. David Hunt.]
