Having looked at column 24 of yesterday's Hansard, I realise that my words could have been interpreted as a personal accusation against a right hon. Member of this House, and I withdraw unreservedly the phrase in question. May I also express my regret that I did not on two occasions at once resume my seat when you rose, Sir.
