I beg to move amendment No. 46, in page 51, line 13, after 'denominated', insert 'wholly or partly'.

Clause 64(2) refers to issued share capital which is denominated otherwise than in sterling. Clause 64(5) and paragraph 5 of schedule 3 contain similar references to capital being denominated otherwise than in sterling. As drafted, the Bill does not take account of the possibility that capital might be denominated partly or wholly in a foreign currency. These amendments are designed to remedy that.
