I beg to move amendment No. 39, in page 34, line 46, leave out subsection (2).

With this, it will be convenient to take Government amendment No. 40.

These amendments make an alteration to the maximum penalties under clause 41 to bring them into line with comparable penalties involving inherent dishonesty in other legislation.
