§ The Minister for Environment, Countryside and Planning (Mr. Waldegrave)On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. In a debate on nuclear waste disposal last Monday I paid tribute to what I believed to be the courage of the hon. Member for Linlithgow (Mr. Dalyell) for saying that, if the geology and other conditions were right, he would not necessarily object to the disposal of nuclear waste in his constituency. By a slip of the tongue I referred to him as the hon. Member for Midlothian (Mr. Eadie) and this was recorded in Hansard. This has understandably embarrassed the hon. Member for Midlothian. I should like both to put the record straight and to apologise to him.
