Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Parliamentary and Health Service Commissioners Bill, it is expedient to authorize—

  1. (a) the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of any salary, pension or other benefit payable by virtue of the provisions of that Act to an acting Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration or an acting Health Service Commissioner for England, Wales or Scotland; and
  2. (b) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act.—[Mr. Neubert.]
