Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Consumer Protection Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenses incurred or compensation payable by a Minister of the Crown or Government department in consequence of any provision of that Act; and
    2. (ii) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act; and
  2. (b) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund—[Mr. Lennox-Boyd.]
