§ Mr. Terry Davis (Birmingham, Hodge Hill)I wish to present a petition which has been signed by 382 residents of the city of Birmingham protesting about the racist visa regulations introduced by the Home Secretary and praying that
the Hon. Members of the House of Commons should ask the Secretary of State for Home Affairs to withdraw these restrictions which will bring distress to many British families.
