§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. As I have said, I have given the hon. Gentleman considerable indulgence this afternoon in allowing him to raise a matter which, quite frankly, he knows is not a point of order for me. I cannot help him further on this matter. He is seeking to make a political point through me, and I think that the whole House would deprecate that.
