Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Public Trustee and Administration of Funds Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act;
  2. (2) the payment into or out of the Consolidated Fund of sums or increased sums falling to he so paid by virtue of any provisions of that Act amending section 39 of the Administration of Justice Act 1982.—[Mr. Durant.]
