Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Criminal Justice Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament—
    1. (a) of any expenses incurred under that Act by a Minister of the Crown; and
    2. (b) of any increases attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act; and
  2. (2) any increase attributable to the provisions of that Act in the sums falling to be paid into the Consolidated Fund under section 61 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979.—[Mr. Boscawen.]
