On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. Before we reach the next item on the Order Paper, the Animal Welfare (Royal Commission) Bill, can you advise me whether its Second Reading can be moved, as the Queen's Consent has not yet been signified?

The hon. Gentleman can move the Second Reading, but we had better wait to see whether the Queen's Consent is signified.
