§ Mr. Neil Kinnock (Islwyn)I beg to ask leave to move the Adjournment of the House, under Standing Order Order No. 10, to discuss a matter of urgent public interest, namely,
the circumstances surrounding the publication of classified information relating to the future of Westland plc.The matter is specific and important because it relates to the furtive activities and future activities of Ministers and to the Prime Minister's counterfeit inquiry into the leak of the Solicitor-General's letter of 6 January.
