With the leave of the House, I shall put together the three motions relating to statutory instruments. Ordered, That the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c. That the draft Asian Development Bank (Extension of Limit on Guarantees) Order 1985 be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c. That the Local Government Reorganisation (Transitional Provisions) Order 1985 (S.I., 1985, No. 1781) be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.—[Mr. Lennox-Boyd].
