Queen's recommendation having been signified

Resolved That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Wages Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of the following, namely—

  1. (a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of provisions of that Act relating to wages councils;
  2. (b) any expenses incurred by such councils in accordance with the terms of any authorisation given by the Secretary of State with the consent of the Treasury;
  3. (c) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act. —[Mr. Archie Hamilton.]
