I apologise to the House and to you, Sir, for saying that I wish to change the topic of which I gave notice immediately after the ballot was drawn on 26 November. With permission, I should like to inform the House that on Friday, 12 December I shall call attention to defence products and exports and move a resolution.
§ Mr. SpeakerI thank the hon. Gentleman for giving me notice of his point of order. I have satisfied myself that this change is within the intention of a change of practice first made in December 1967. I can therefore accept the notice of change of subject which the hon. Member has given.
