§ Mr. Austin Mitchell accordingly presented a Bill to prohibit companies which contract with the Government, or any department or agency thereof or any local government authority, from making donations, gifts or contributions either directly or in conjunction with any other company, association, or body or otherwise indirectly to any political party or to any candidate for Parliament: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday next and to be printed.
