Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Safety at Sea Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown under the Act and any increase attributable to the Act in the sums so payable under any other Act;
  2. (b) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Lennox-Boyd.]
