Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Northern Ireland (Loans) Bill, it is expedient to authorise any increase in the sums falling to be paid out of or into the National Loans Fund which is attributable to provisions of that Act raising to £1,700 million the limit imposed by section 1 of the Northern Ireland (Loans) Act 1975 and authorising the Secretary of State to provide by order for that limit to be further raised to a sum not exceeding £2,000 million.—[Dr. Boyson.]
