AGRICULTURE BILL [WAYS AND MEANS]

Ordered, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Agriculture Bill, it is expedient to authorise—

1. (1) the charging of fees under the seeds regulations made under section 16 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964; and
2. (2) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums falling to be paid into that Fund in pursuance of the Act resulting from that Bill.—[Mr. Maude.]
