Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Ordered, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. 1. The payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
    1. (1) any amount of outlays and remuneration payable by the Accountant in Bankruptcy where the funds in the debtor's estate are insufficient to meet that amount;
    2. (2) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State;
    3. (3) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.
  2. 2. The payment into the Consolidated Fund of—
    1. (1) any payments received by the Secretary of State from the Accountant in Bankruptcy in respect of an unclaimed dividend or unapplied balance;
    2. (2) any amount handed over to the Secretary of State when a distribution of the estate is proposed after an amount has been paid by the Accountant in Bankruptcy out of moneys provided by Parliament in respect of outlays and remuneration.— [Mr. Archie Hamilton.]
