Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Oil and Pipelines Bill ('the Act'), it is expedient to authorise:—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of sumes required by the Secretary of State for defraying expenditure of, or making grants to, the Oil and Pipelines Agency ('the Agency');
  2. (b) the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of sums required by the Treasury for fulfilling any guarantee given by them under the Act;
  3. (c) the payment out of the National Loans Fund of sums required by the Secretary of State for making loans to the Agency;
  4. (d) the payment of any sums into the Consolidated Fund or the National Loans Fund.—[Mr. Sainsbury.]
