§ Mr. ChannonI agree, but I am sure that my hon. Friend will also agree that there are important reasons why we should take particular care of our sea and airports—to ensure that we do not allow criminals in and that we protect animal health. For important, overriding international reasons we should care about what goes on at our ports.
