Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Interception of Communications Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any sums required for the payment of compensation in pursuance of an order made under that Act;
  2. (b) any sums required for the payment of allowances to the Commissioner appointed under that Act; and
  3. (c) any sums required for the payment of remuneration and allowances to members of the Tribunal established under that Act and for defraying the expenses of that Tribunal.—[Mr. Archie Hamilton.]
