§ Mr. SpeakerI have received a complaint from the hon. and learned Member for Fylde (Sir E. Gardner), Chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee, about a report in The Times on 6 March which purports to give an account of a draft report that has been circulated to members and staff of that Committee, and was strictly limited to them. I am satisfied that the hon. and learned Gentleman's complaint is entitled to precedence and accordingly, if he tables a motion relating to it, it will stand as first business tomorrow.
