§ Sir Brandon Rhys Williams accordingly presented a Bill to permit the residents of flats in mansion blocks and substantial conversions in private ownership to form companies with powers to acquire and manage the properties under stated rules of common ownership; to empower such a company in certain circumstances to apply to the courts for the appointment of a managing trustee; to require local authorities to keep lists of persons qualified to act as managing trustees or as secretaries of such companies; and for related purposes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 5 July and to be printed.
