Lords amendment: No. 13, in page 8. line 40, leave out from first "copy—to "and" in line 41 and insert , in relation to intercepted material, means any of the following, whether or not in documentary form—

  1. (a) any copy, extract or summary of the material; and
  2. (b) any record of the identities of the persons to or by whom the material was sent:"
