Amendments made: No. 13, in page 7, line 31, leave out 'to the matters mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act' and insert—

  1. `(a) to the matters mentioned in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Act; and
  2. (b) where the company has become insolvent, to the matters mentioned in Part II of that Schedule;'.

No. 14, in page 7, line 35, after first 'section' insert 'and Schedule 2 to this Act'.—[Mr. Fletcher.]
