The 29 amendments in the group are drafting amendments which are designed to establish a single definition of what is meant by the term "security" in the Bill.

The purpose of this group of 14 amendments is to adapt the provisions of the Bill relating to the administrative procedure so that wherever possible they are capable of operating in relation to Scotland without separate and distinct provisions having to be made.
