§ Mr. BrittanThese are all consequential amendments which reflect the deletion in Committee of the second set of conditions, as they are called, in clauses 1 and 3. The second set of conditions comprises the conditions under which a person could qualify as an overseas elector if he 415 had left the United Kingdom before he reached voting age. As those have been deleted, it would be appropriate to delete the matters referred to in the amendments.
