That the provisions of Standing Order No. 79 (Standing Committees on Statutory Instruments, &c.) shall apply to the draft Amendments of the Potato Marketing Scheme 1955, as amended, as if they were a draft statutory instrument; and that the said draft Amendments be referred to a Standing Committee on Statutory Instruments, &c.—[Mr. Archie Hamilton.]
