accordingly presented a Bill to amend the Solicitors Act 1974, as it applies to England and Wales, to enable approved trust corporations to apply for grants of representation to the estates of deceased persons in certain non-contentious cases without the intervention of a solicitor: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 17 May and to be printed.
