. In section 15(1) of the Theatres Act 1968 (powers of entry and inspection) for the words "fourteen days" there shall be substituted the words "one month"."

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

With this it will be convenient to take Lords amendment No. 358.

Amendment No. 349 extends the validity of a warrant issued under the Theatres Act 1968 from 14 days to one month. Amendment No. 358 cancels the repeal of the provision in the Act which sets out the period of validity.
