Lords amendment: No. 20, in page 10, line 14, after "of" insert "or include".

With this it will be convenient to take Lords amendments Nos. 314 to 318.

The amendments provide for a single application to a circuit judge where the police want access to material on the same premises, some of which is clause 8 material and some of which is special procedure material.

Lords amendment: No. 21, in page 10, line 20, at end insert— (1A) A constable may seize and retain anything for which a search has been authorised under subsection (1) above.
