Ordered, That, at the sitting on Monday 26th November, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1)(b) of Standing Order No. 3 (Exempted business) the Motions in the name of Mr. Secretary Walker relating to the Coal Industry may be proceeded with, though opposed for three hours after the first Motion has been entered upon, and Mr. Speaker shall then put any Questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on those Motions, if riot previously concluded. That, at the sitting on Monday 26th November, proceedings on the business selected in pursuance of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 6 (Arrangement of public business) shall, if not previously concluded, lapse at Seven o'clock and shall be counted as a half day as provided by that Order.—[Mr. Peter Lloyd.]
