Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Civil Aviation Bill, it is expedient to authorise the release of the Civil Aviation Authority from its liability to repay money lent to it under section 12(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 or section 10(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 up to a maximum of £6 million.—[Mr. Archie Hamilton.]
