§ Mr. Secretary Ridley, supported by Mr. Secretary Brittan, Mr. Secretary Younger, Mr. Secretary Jenkin, Mr. John Moore and Mr. Michael Spicer, presented a Bill to make provision with respect to the imposition of limits on aircraft movements at aerodromes designated by the Secretary of State, including provision with respect to the functions of the British Airports Authority in connection with any such limits; to make further provision for securing the most effective use of aerodromes; and to make provision for reducing the indebtedness of the Civil Aviation Authority in connection with the disposal of certain aerodromes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
