I beg to move, amendment No. 132, in page 42, line 39, at end insert— '(iv) paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the Reserve Forces Act 1980 (duties of governors of civil prisons);'.

With this it will be convenient to take the following Government amendments: Nos. 133, 140, 141, 216, 269 and 166.

This group is largely technical. The intention is to tighten up the drafting of the Bill. I do not think that there are any specific points on them that I wish to pinpoint.
