Amendments made: No. 37, in page 11, line 40, leave out from `to' to end of line 7 on page 12, and insert 'counselling or assistance given or to be given to him, for the purposes of his personal welfare, by any voluntary organisation or by any individual who—

  1. (i) by reason of his office or occupation has responsibilities for his personal welfare; or
