§ Question, That this House doth agree with the Committee in its resolution, put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 45 (Business Committee) and agreed to.

Following is the report of the Business Committee:
That—
(1) the order in which proceedings on Consideration are taken shall be New Clauses, New Schedules, amendments to Clauses 1 and 2, amendments to Schedule 1, amendments to Clauses 3 to 17, amendments to Schedules 2 and 3, and amendments to Clauses 18 and 19.
(2) on the allotted day given under the Order (5th March) to the proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading, subject to the provisions of that Order, each part of the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the second column of the Table set out below.
