16. Mr. Winnick

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he intends to meet the Government of the Irish Republic once the proposals of the forum are published.

Mr. Prior

I met the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Irish Republic on 16 March and I expect to meet him or other Ministers from time to time within the framework of the Anglo-Irish Inter-governmental Council to consider matters of common concern.
