Motion made, and Question,
That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain provision with respect to the power of the Public Works Loan Commissioners to make loans in pursuance of section 3 of the National Loans Act 1968 and the limit on such loans.—[Mr. Lawson.]
