§ Mr. RaisonWe are willing to contribute to the fund's second replenishment provided the other donors, including the OPEC countries, do so. The whole basis of the fund is a partnership between the OECD and OPEC countries.
§ Mr. FisherHow much is the Minister, on behalf of Britain, intending to contribute to the fund? Is he aware that currently we are contributing less than Nigeria?
§ Mr. RaisonThis is a complicated matter. It falls within the original fund, the first replenishment and the possibility of a second replenishment. All that I can say is that if other countries do their bit, we are prepared to do ours.
