§ Mr. Harry Cohen accordingly presented a Bill to establish the right of a person issued with a clearance for entry into the United Kingdom to retain such clearance and any attendant rights of settlement when circumstances forming the basis of the claim to admission have changed; and to establish the right of entry and settlement of those affected by a change of circumstances since the beginning of 1982: And the same was read the First time and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 23 March and to be printed.
