Ordered, That, at the sitting on Monday 5th March, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (2) of Standing Order No. 6 (Arrangement of public business), the Motion relating to Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill (Allocation of Time) shall have precedence the business selected in pursuance of that Order may be proceeded with after Ten o'clock, though opposed, until three hours after being first entered upon; and that business shall be counted as a half day as provided in that Order.—[Mr. Garel-Jones.]
