Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Roads (Scotland) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any adminstrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under that Act;
  2. (b) any sums required for the payment of grants or advances under, and any other expenses of the Secretary of State under, that Act; and
  3. (c) any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.—[Mr. Neubert.]
