§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. We are reverting to Question Time. We have already dealt with the matter. I must say to the whole House that it is an abuse for hon. Members to rise on a point of order, to put a further question or to elucidate an answer that has already been given.

§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. It is no use the hon. and learned Member shaking his head. it is not a matter for me. I cannot deal with the matter, as it is for the Minister responsible.
§ Mr. JannerI am not seeking to do that.
§ Mr. SpeakerOrder. I cannot do what the hon. and learned Gentleman asks. It is an abuse to raise, on a point of order, a matter that is not for the Chair but seeks a ministerial answer. If the hon. Gentleman does not like the answers that he has received, he must find another way of pursuing the matter.
