Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Trade Marks Act 1938 (Amendment) Bill, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase in the expenses of the execution of the Trade Marks Act 1938 which is attributable to the Act so resulting. — [Mr. Douglas Hogg.]
