Yes, Sir. The business for the first week after the Christmas Adjournment will be as follows:

Wednesday 9 January — Second Reading of the Shipbuilding Bill.

Remaining stages of the New Towns and Urban Development Corporations Bill and of the Mineral Workings Bill.

Thursday 10 January—Second Reading of the Milk (Cessation of Production) Bill.

Debate on European Community Documents on fisheries relating to the overall arrangements for total allowable catches and quotas for 1985. The relevant document numbers will appear in the Official Report.

Friday 11 January—Debate on the fourth report from the Select Committee on the Environment on acid rain, House of Commons Paper No. 446, and the relevant Government observations Cmnd 9397. The Debate will arise on a motion for the Adjournment of the House.
